Aim/Цель: Углубление и расширение знаний учащихся о стране изучаемого языка.
Objectives/Задачи:
Educational/образовательная: изучение новых слов и выражений, формирование и развитие грамматических навыков (употребление глаголов в   Past Simple/ Present Perfect Tense, Adjectives); активизация употребления лексики по теме “США”, совершенствование навыков чтения;
Developmental/развивающая: развитие речевых умений монологической и диалогической речи по теме урока, логического мышления, памяти, мотивации к дальнейшему изучению языка;
Bringing-up/воспитательная: повысить интерес к изучению английского языка; воспитание уважения друг к другу.
Equipment/Оборудование и оснащение урока: презентация, видео материалы, доска (дата, речевой материал грам. конструкция Past Simple, Present Perfect, домашнее задание); рабочие тетради; карточки с рисунками и правилами.

At the end of the lesson each leader of groups will estimate members and put marks. The “Big Apple” is the largest city in the USA.

Los Angeles is a popular place because of its pleasant semi- tropical climate and beautiful Pacific coast.
